Julia founded Taylor Osborne in 2005 and has extensive experience across the industry. Throughout her 20-year career, Julia has in-depth experience advising global organisations on all aspects of people and talent solutions. As well as overseeing the commercial activities and operations of the business she retains key client relationships globally. Julia graduated from Newcastle University in Classical Studies and has since studied organisational design. Julia sailed from China to the UK in the Clipper Round the World Yacht Race 2009-2010 and played Lacrosse for England until 2004.

Julia has worked in the Executive Research and Recruitment industry since 2009 managing Board and Director level appointments and prior to this she worked for a Hedge Fund Company in New York. She is experienced within Consumer Services and FS and has worked with SME’s to FTSE 100 organisations in the UK, EMEA, US, Australia and Thailand. Julia is a graduate of the American University, Washington DC. Julia works with all our clients to ensure we continue to provide the best service for our clients.
