Julia Clarke and Julia Connor co-launch Searchloop - a community for talent leaders focussed on executive hiring.

Last night Julia Connor co-hosted a meetup with Mali Mehmood, Head of Leadership Hiring at Trainline. The meetup was for the in-house Exec Recruiting community entitled “The Shape of Leadership Hiring in an AI World: Navigating Uncharted Territory” - and what a night it was!

They brought together a brilliant group of executive search leaders in Talent for an evening of ideas, conversation and connection — exploring how AI is reshaping the craft of leadership hiring.

Huge thanks to our speakers who joined them:

- Shiv Brodie (Metaview): for bringing AI to life with real-world tools, examples and inspiration, - everything from “context engineering” and CustomGPTs to “vibe-based” sourcing – with her unique view of what happens when recruiters truly embrace AI.
- Kasase Kabwe (Google) & David Lewis (Trainline): for an insightful panel discussion on what’s changing, what’s unpredictable, and where AI meets human judgment.
-Mali Mehmood (Trainline) for being our partner in crime in bringing the event to life, and helping galvanise this new community.
