Katya Chirkova Joins Taylor Osborne

We're delighted to welcome Katya Chirkova to the Taylor Osborne team as Senior Search Consultant.

Katya brings something genuinely rare to executive search — 17 years of experience on both sides of the brief. From in-house HR leadership at Kimberly-Clark, Avon and MSD, to executive search across FMCG, Private Equity, Pharma and Manufacturing, she has built and advised senior teams across Europe, Central Asia and the US.

That depth of in-house experience means Katya understands what great hiring looks like from the inside — the stakeholder pressures, the trade-offs, the difference between a good candidate and the right one.

She joins at an exciting moment for Taylor Osborne and we're very glad to have her.
